Acting as an Administrator for all the Luxembourgish entities, you will be responsible for the Accounting and Finance matters.

Among others, your responsibilities will include the following :

  • Supervision of the subsidiary entities;
  • Bookkeeping of the Luxembourgish entities;
  • Financial statement preparation (quarterly/annually);
  • Tax return preparation;
  • Cash management;
  • Transactions follow-up;
  • Investments budget follow-up;
  • Tax structuring;
  • Year-end consolidation;
  • Reporting;
  • Administrative tasks (board minutes preparation etc.…);
  • Point of contact (local administrations, other branches, auditors, internal investors…).
  • You are a Chartered Accountant with at least 5 years’ experience in Luxembourg;
  • You speak fluent English – ideally German and Spanish as well;
  • You have strong knowledge of LuxGAAP and IFRS;
  • You master MS Office;
  • You are autonomous, details-oriented with strong organization skills.

Our client is an Asset Manager specialized in alternative assets. Founded in the 90's, the company is active internationaly. 

As part of its expansion throughout Europe, our client has mandated Select to recruit a Senior Accountant to join the group. Located in the new Luxembourgish office, the candidate will report directly to the Finance Director based in London.
